Work locations China and Korea:

Responsible for Preparing and Monitoring of Order Execution, and act as nominated Client contacton projects.

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Deal with client requestin an efficient and professional way.
  • Obtain instructions, requirements and necessary documents from Client.
  • Forward instructions and documents to Technical Specialists
  • Contact suppliersto inform the involvement of BIA and confirm client requirements.
  • Arrangement and confirmation of for the coming visits to both Client, supplier and Technical Specialists.
  • Manage and updatefiles during work in progress.
  • Inform parties concerned of inspection / expediting results as necessary.
  • Check accuracy and completeness of incoming / outgoing reports and submit the reports to Client intime.
  • Maintainthe data on the operations management system in a timely and accurate manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant administration skills
  • Preferred experience with an Engineering background or Suitable experience from promotion within the company

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Good computer skills
  • Communication skills
  • Good English skills
  • Experiences in similar coordination role is preferred
