Senior SQS Inspector/SQS Lead
Work locations: Singapore, China and Korea
The primary responsibility of the Supplier Quality Surveillance Inspector is to perform QA/QC inspections during fabrication and manufacturing on behalf of BIA or our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review of material test certificates
- Visual inspection of commodities in line with qualifications and experience
- Witness and verification of NDT
- Witness of FAT in various formats
- Supervision of mechanical/electrical/functionaltests
- Pre-shipment inspections
- Ensure that all Client requirement of services is adhered to
Requirement:
- Minimum BSc in Engineering (Welding or Mechanical) with extensive, proven experience as a site-based QC Inspector
- Extensive knowledge of Oil and Gas industry project types both on and offshore
- Full working knowledge of MS Office programs
- Minimum of 5 years inspection experience in manufacturing facilities, including 3 years inspection experiencein the specific disciplines
- Good English skill for Writing

- Welding: AWS-CWI / AWS-SCWI, CSAW178.2, CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2
- NDT: Level II in accordance with ASNT, ACCP, AWS, CSWIP
